well, i'm sorry, but I give up!  I don't want to get all excited and get my hopes all up that I'm goin to get to finally seee Mack, Mr. Smithrs, and betsy and Susie only to be let down agin.

So i've decided that I, Obi, am not going to visit them!  That way I won't be let down!

Mr. Durkins

Mr. Durkins, the old cotchety mouse who lives in the attic, doesnt like when i say the word "cool."  He says it's a human word.  he says I'm tryin to be like a human when I say it.  Mr. Durkns doesn't like humans.  He doesnt like the armstrongs.  He doesn't even like my adopted mother, Rachl. 

I like the word "cool."  Rachl says it.  She also says, "OMG!"  I have no idea what "OMG!" means.  She says it whenever she gets super excited about somethin, like the time when her friend, Emma, gave her a CD she had made of summer songs.  "OMG!" Rachl said.  "That's so nice of you!"

OMG!  I bet I know what "OMG" means.  i bet it means---
